About the CEO
My name is Jared Cherry Daniel, founder of Grandsons Property Care & Solutions.
This company didn’t start with a business plan — it started with a decision to show up.
While working DoorDash during college, I accepted what became the largest order I had ever received. That delivery led to something unexpected: an elderly woman who noticed professionalism and character, and asked for help beyond the app. What began as a simple favor turned into managing an extreme hoarding situation that required structure, discretion, and leadership. Over two weekends, that project became proof that this work was bigger than “junk removal.” It was about restoring dignity, stability, and order for someone who couldn’t do it alone.
I am currently a junior at The University of Alabama, earning both President’s List and Dean’s List honors twice. Education sharpened discipline and execution — but the foundation of this company was built much earlier.
I shared a deep bond with my grandmother from a young age. As she grew older, being present for her wasn’t optional — it was instinct. The values she instilled in me — responsibility, humility, service — live inside Grandsons. The name reflects the kind of man I was raised to be.
In 2025, I became a father. That moment redefined everything. Providing for my son means building something lasting — without sacrificing ambition, integrity, or the commitment to put others first.
